Struggling to manage your BuySellAds account? Have no fear, our Account Management details are here to help. Below is a list of the most common questions and concerns we see from publishers looking to work with their account. It outlines everything from logging in to your account, to changing passwords. If you’re having some problems, this is a good place to start.

I am having problems logging into my account.

Login troubles are usually the result of the following scenarios:

  • You have forgotten your password. In this case, please click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
  • You are typing your email or password incorrectly, or you are using the wrong email address to log in.
  • Your account has been banned or temporarily blocked. Banishment can happen for a variety of reasons. Please contact our support department to assist you further.
  • You previously closed the account, or it was accidentally closed and needs to be re-opened again.
    The account was closed due to a significant period of inactivity.

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Account > Account Settings.
  3. Click on Edit next to the Email Address field. (You will also need to verify your current email address before this can be changed.)

How do I change my password?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Account > Account Settings.
  3. Click on Edit next to the password field.

Can I add a second user / email to my account?

At this time, there can be only one email address / user associated with an account.

Unfortunately, this happens in some email clients and is sometimes caused by spam filters or browser ad blocks that keep our email links from being displayed. You will want to ensure that you are not using an ad blocker.
