Underserving Or Stopped Ads
An ad will be served during the timeframe scheduled, or during the normal 30-day cycle of the campaign. Sometimes fluctuations in a website’s traffic or the volume of ads serving can cause an ad to serve at a slower rate. Regardless of the end date set on an ad, you are guaranteed to receive all impressions purchased. An ad will remain active until all impressions purchased are served, even if the scheduled end date is passed. If the ad is set to renew again, any impressions remaining will be rolled over to the next ad cycle. Although if you notice a significant drop in impressions being served to your ad, you can open a support ticket and we will look into this further for you. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you can request a refund for any impressions remaining at that time.
If you notice that your ad has stopped serving completely, and you do not see impressions loaded in your dashboard after a certain date while your ad cycle is still active, please open a support ticket to let us know so we can look into this for you. We also receive internal alerts when this happens, so if you notice this, it is likely that we are already contacting the publisher to try and fix this. If we are not able to resolve this within a reasonable timeframe, you can request a refund for the time not served to that ad.
