This support document is designed to help our advertisers by providing them with solutions to the problems we hear about the most.

What you’re looking at is a decade of information, compiled in a way that focuses directly on the most frequently asked questions we hear from advertisers working with our publishers. The content in this guide will focus on formatting your images for display advertisements, billing and payment, as well as managing your campaigns from within our dashboard.

Browse or search our marketplace for ads you’d like to buy. Our marketplace is filled with great ad space available for purchase. If you need a hand selecting the best placements, don’t be scared to get in touch. We’re happy to help advertisers find the best placements for their campaigns.
- Select your placements. When you come across a placement you’d like to buy, just click “Buy Now” to add it to your cart. Alternatively, you can use the down arrow next to the “Buy Now” button to create and organize lists of placements you’d like to buy in the future.
- Upload creative. When viewing your cart, you’ll be prompted to add creative for each placement you’ve selected to purchase. You’ll need to have your creative ready in order to complete your purchase.
- Checkout. Once all of your creatives are uploaded, it’s time to pay. Your order will be submitted to each publisher and they will either approve or deny your ad within 24 hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, and Wire Transfer (for large orders).
- Manage and optimize. Once you see how your ads are performing, try different versions of creative with our A/B testing feature. Cancel the placements that aren’t working and book new ones. Rinse, repeat.
