Buying An Advertisement Placement

The self-serve portal is designed to walk first-time buyers through the process of booking a campaign and checking out. In order to complete your first transaction, you will also need to create an account, and you will be prompted to do this towards the end of this process. This section will walk you each of these steps.


Configuring Your Campaign

  1. Select a property
  2. Select a targeting option, where appropriate
  3. Select the targeted demographic, where appropriate
  4. Select the campaign start date
  5. Select the campaign end date
  6. Click Fetch Availability
  7. Select the advertisement placement
  8. Adjust the impressions to satisfy your requirements
  9. Click Add Placements To Cart
  10. Click Step:2 Upload Creatives
  11. Insert the alternate text
  12. Insert the destination URL
  13. Upload the image
  14. Click Step 3: Review & Launch
  15. Input your email address (under the “First time purchasing a campaign with us?” heading) then click Continue

Input Your Billing Information

Using Credit Card

  1. Input the name on your card
  2. Input your billing address and postal code
  3. Input your card number, security code (CCV) and expiry date
  4. Double check your total, and the placement information attached to your invoice
  5. Check the confirmation box to confirm your order
  6. Click Submit for Approval
  7. Read the confirmation dialog
  8. Click “I understand; please proceed”
  9. Your order will be placed and a message will be displayed indicating that your order was placed successfully
  10. Click View Your Account to log into BuySellAds and track your campaign’s success

Using PayPal

  1. Click Proceed To PayPal
  2. Login
  3. Click “I understand; please proceed”
  4. Walk through the PayPal procedure for checking out
  5. Your order will be placed and a message will be displayed indicating that your order was placed successfully
  6. Click View Your Account to log into BuySellAds and track your campaign’s success

Completing The Order

  1. Click Submit For Approval
  2. Read the confirmation dialog and click “I understand; please proceed”
  3. Your order will be placed and a message will be displayed indicating that your order was placed successfully.
